YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

Actively support the Payroll and Data Administration team with any payroll duties and administration tasks.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Registering employees with Jobsplus (new hires, terminations, job changes).
  • Assisting employees with Social Security documentation.
  • Maintaining employee records within the payroll system.
  • Inputting absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.) in Payroll/Lucca.
  • Archiving terminated employee files electronically.
  • Supporting new joiner documentation processing.
  • Issuing Jobsplus termination forms and FS3s as part of final documentation.
  • Applying for Social Security and Tax numbers.
  • Checking and submitting FS4 forms.
  • Maintaining and overseeing the Passport Integration Programme via the HR system.
  • Ensuring accurate payroll record-keeping.
  • Issuing confirmation of employment letters.
  • Acting as a backup for all admin duties, including absence management.
  • Supporting additional projects as needed in collaboration with the HR Director, Compensation Administrator, and Payroll Manager.
