ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Product Manager within the Account Management team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving product opportunities related to player accounts and our regulatory challenges.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

1# Know our users and our market perfectly

  • Understand the integrity issues of our players' lifecycle and our regulators,
  • Conduct user workshops through our User Research capabilities, ensure technological and competitive monitoring, and lead group discussions.

2# Be responsible for Product Discovery

  • Identify opportunities that contribute to strengthening integrity throughout the customer account lifecycle, from creation to closure.

3# Contribute to product strategy and roadmap and disseminate it within the teams

  • Contribute to defining the roadmap for your scope, frame initiatives, manage dependencies, ensure smooth implementation, manage stakeholders, measure results, and iterate.
  • Liaise with various internal departments to identify needs and communicate on projects: countries, domains, IT, customer service, compliance.
  • Be a good communicator and know how to convey your product vision to stakeholders and management.

4# Build the best solution and measure its impact

  • Enrich and optimize our rule sets and algorithms.
  • Monitor key performance and risk indicators daily.
  • Perform functional analyses in case of incidents.
  • Query in SQL to analyze and process data.
  • Be proactive and a source of proposals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have a BAC+5 degree in engineering/computer science and at least 5 years of significant experience in IT project management/Product Management.
  • You are interested in both project management and product innovation and design, all within the boundaries of a regulated market.
  • You are autonomous and creative, you like to manage your projects from start to finish but also work in synergy with your colleagues and share best practices.
  • You are methodical and seek to have a global vision of problems and propose solutions anticipating future needs.
  • You know when to develop an idea or when to synthesize it without distorting it.
  • You know how to work within a given timebox and adapt working methods to achieve it.
  • You are data-oriented and perfectly comfortable with SQL queries. You know how to interpret numbers to see what works and constantly measure impact.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a regulatory environment.
  • And finally, you speak English fluently.


WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Olivier - Lead Product Manager, your future manager, followed by Catherine - Payment Diretor. Finally, Pierre will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
