ENTER THE GAME

As an Acquisition Expert, you will join the Acquisition team, composed of passionate marketers and channel specialists, whose role is to drive user growth across all Betclic markets through efficient and innovative acquisition strategies.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

The Acquisition Expert will serve as a key strategic and operational partner to the Head of Acquisition, supporting cross-functional initiatives, facilitating alignment with business teams and ensuring the successful implementation of both strategic and operational priorities. Additionally, this role will oversee reporting and optimisation recommendation while supporting strategic projects to elevate acquisition efforts to the next level.

In this context, your duties are:

STRATEGIC AND OPERATION SUPPORT

  • Work with media buying, CRM and creative teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals
  • Support the preparation of strategic plans, business reviews, and performance updates

ANALYTICS & REPORTING:

  • Track acquisition metrics and develop performance reports
  • Utilize data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation
  • Ensure market insights are leveraged for performance tracking

OPTIMIZATION OF BUSINESS TOOLS & AI INTEGRATION:

  • Act as the primary link with Product Teamfor optimizing business tools (welcome offer, promo code, referral)
  • Support AI integration into daily acquisition operations and strategic initiatives
  • Leverage external audits to refine strategies and execution

STRATEGIC PROJECTS & COUNTRY LAUNCHES

  • Ensure operational and strategic focus areas are correctly implemented
  • Support projects aimed at taking acquisition efforts to the next level
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Acquisition, Product Team Creative, Planning) for seamless new country launches

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You are a graduate of a business or marketing school
  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing or media buying
  • You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and you're experienced in reporting
  • You have a strong experience in strategic planning and business tools optimization
  • And finally, you are fluent in English

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, Elodie will contact you within a week for an HR pre-qualification interview (30 minutes)
  • You will then be asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning)
  • Within two weeks, you will work on a case study, which you will present to Romain, Head of Acquisition & Social
  • Next, you will meet Paul, Growth Director and some acquisition team members
  • Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview, where you will review your AssessFirst test results together.

To ensure an optimal candidate experience, Betclic's recruitment process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
