Therefore, to support Betclic’s commitment to customer protection, we are looking for a Quality Analyst, to join our Safer Gaming department. The Quality team makes sure that our operations stick to the highest performance standards and provide the best protection level to our customers all year long.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As a Safer Gaming Quality Analyst, your missions are the following:

QUALITY ANALYSIS:

    • Perform quality assessments of our daily operations
    • Liaise with the operations teams to correct issues spotted during quality checks
    • Report quality assessment outputs, illustrating key performance metrics, to management

    KNOWLEDGE:

    • Master all aspects of operational processes and workflows

    QUALITY SYSTEM DEFINITION:

      • Contribute to operational performance improvement through targeted recommendations, in collaboration with the training team
      • Contribute to continuous improvement of our quality system

      WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

      We're looking for colleagues with a good sense of humor, respect, and kindness, a love for sport, a bit of zeal, and a real passion for their profession!

      This job is for you if you have:

      • Strong analytical skills that you leverage to inform decision-making
      • An obsession for quality and detail
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • An ability to work collaboratively with operational teams
      • Full fluency in English and French

      No specific knowledge of the gaming industry or of safer gaming is required (but possessing them would of course be a strong plus).

      WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

        • If your application is selected, Nicolas or Antoine will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes).
        • You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities.
        • You will have an interview with Antoine, the Performance manager
        • You will then have an interview with Nicolas, the Strategic program Director
        • Elodie will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test

        To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks
