ENTER THE GAME

As an Experimentation Manager, you will join the Acquisition team, composed of passionate marketers and growth experts, whose role is to design, execute and scale bold acquisition strategies across all Betclic markets.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

The Experimentation Manager will be responsible for identifying, testing and rolling out innovative channels in Betclic’s core markets.

This is a true Growth profile with a passion for innovation and the ambition to push boundaries within acquisition. The role requires strong collaboration with Data, Marketing, and Product teams to uncover growth potential and drive impactful initiatives.

In this context, your duties are:

EXPLORATION OF NEW GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Research and identify future acquisition trends
  • Conduct extensive industry research and attend conferences to stay ahead of innovations
  • Identify acquisition opportunities that do not currently exist in our strategy, across markets and user segments
  • Benchmark and assess emerging technologies and products that could impact acquisition (new ad formats, automation tools, AI capabilities, etc.)
  • Document and analyze initial results before handing over to relevant teams
  • Stay away from standard paid media testing; focus on building and validating bold and original acquisition paths

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:

  • Partner with product, marketing, and data teams to integrate innovative acquisition strategies
  • Partner with Product Managers to support their discovery phases, providing an acquisition expert lens to new product ideas
  • Develop best practices for scalable experimentation processes
  • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders across the organization

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Employees with a good dose of humour, respect and kindness, a little zeal and a real passion for their profession!

This job is for you if:

  • You are a graduate of a business or marketing school
  • You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product growth, or user acquisition.
  • You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and you're comfortable working across Data, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • You have a strong command of experimentation, trend analysis and discovery methodologies
  • And finally, you are fluent in English

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, Elodie will contact you within a week for an HR pre-qualification interview (30 minutes)
  • You will then be asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning)
  • Within two weeks, you will work on a case study, which you will present to Romain, Head of Acquisition & Social
  • Next, you will meet Paul, Growth Director and some acquisition team members
  • Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview, where you will review your AssessFirst test results together.
