YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥
In this role, your main missions will be:
🔍 Enhancing customer experience: You will ensure that our communications are clear, consistent, automated, personalized, well-documented, and monitored (open/response rates). You’ll play a key role in improving user satisfaction.
⚙️ Monitoring & reporting: You’ll help develop monitoring tools.
📢 Communication: You will participate in benchmarking and optimizing customer communications, making them more personalized and automated, integrating AI solutions for greater efficiency—all under the guidance of your mentor.
📊 Anomaly reporting: You’ll help automate anomaly detection in our reporting tools to ensure issues are solved in a timely manner, boosting customer satisfaction.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝
If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
You will then meet Khaoula, Product Manager, your future mentor, followed by Simon, Head of Product.
Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 and 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
