ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Poker Promotion Expert, you will be responsible for the creation, management, and execution of promotional strategies aimed at promoting our Sit & Go Jackpot offer, tournaments, and cash games. You will need to collaborate with various teams (product, marketing, communication, support, etc.) to ensure strong visibility of the offers and maximize player participation.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract new players and retain existing ones.
• Drive gamification and loyalty programs in collaboration with product teams.
• Coordinate key promotional initiatives and campaigns.
• Work with marketing teams to launch acquisition and retention campaigns (email, social media, push, ads).
• Track promotion performance using analytics tools and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Manage the promo budget and optimize spending.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Project Management (Bachelor’s/Master’s level).
• With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you have a strong track record in managing poker-related promotions.
• You bring in-depth knowledge of the poker industry and its current trends.
• Your project management skills allow you to successfully lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• You’re an excellent communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and liaising with external partners.
  
• You are data-driven, with solid command of analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• You’re familiar with online poker platforms and understand the mechanics behind successful promotional strategies.
• Above all, you’re passionate about poker and motivated to drive player engagement through creative and impactful initiatives.
• And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

• If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
  
• Next, you will meet Pierre - Poker Product Marketing Manager, your future manager, followed by Julie - Director of Casino & Poker.
• Finally, Pierre will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
