WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

People with a good sense of humor, respect, kindness, a bit of zeal, and a genuine passion for what they do!

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 3 years of solid experience in user research;

  • You’re familiar with the world of sports betting and/or online poker/casino;

  • You master all aspects of the user research process: choosing the right study design, recruitment, moderation, analysis, recommendations, and presentation;

  • You’re able to independently run various types of user tests (usability tests, focus groups, surveys, interviews...) to address specific product goals;

  • You’re comfortable analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting insights with clear visual representations;

  • You can confidently communicate your findings to a broad audience in a persuasive and accessible way;

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English;

  • Portuguese language skills are a plus!

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, Pierre will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.

  • You’ll then be asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).

  • You’ll meet with Manon – Lead User Researcher and Thomas – Chief Experience Officer.

  • Then, you’ll work on a use case and present your findings to the User Research team.

  • Finally, Elodie will conduct the final HR interview and debrief your AssessFirst results with you.

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks.
