ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Head of Product within our Sports Betting Product team, you will lead a Tribe composed of multiple squads. You will manage Product Owners and Product Managers, define the product strategy, prepare the Discovery phase, and oversee the Delivery phase.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

Reporting to the Sports Betting Product Director, your missions will include:

  • Define the product strategy for your Tribe and contribute to the overall product vision of the company

  • Ensure alignment across 2 to 5 squads and guarantee the successful delivery of expected features

  • Directly manage Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Product Experts within your squads

  • In collaboration with the Tribe’s Head of Engineering, define the mission, impact KPIs, key results, and own the 6-month roadmap and its execution

  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of performance objectives attributed to your Tribe

  • Organize and prioritize incoming projects, ensuring the value delivered matches expectations

  • Structure both Discovery and Delivery tracks for each season (every 3 months)

  • Guarantee adherence to product methodologies and processes across squads and promote adoption company-wide

  • Recruit, coach, and support all Product roles under your responsibility to ensure team success

  • Make product-related decisions at the Tribe level, in collaboration with the Product Director

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 10 years of successful experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, and ultimately Head of Product—ideally in a fast-growing digital B2C company

  • You have a strong product culture and master key Product Management practices (Discovery, Delivery, Product Strategy, OKRs, etc.)

  • You are experienced in structuring and managing Product teams, assigning clear roles, missions, and goals—and are recognized as an inspiring leader

  • You are highly skilled at driving delivery, managing roadmaps, handling rollout phases, and making regular prioritization decisions to ensure fast time-to-market

  • You are 100% user-centric, love listening to your users, creating impact, and taking on challenges

  • You are data-driven, know how to measure project outcomes, and focus on delivering real value

  • You demonstrate empathy, leadership, analytical skills, rigor, and strong organizational capabilities

  • You follow sports competitions regularly and have some knowledge of the sports betting industry

  • And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Martin – Sports Product Director, your future manager, followed by Julien – Chief Operating Officer (Excom member). Finally, Pierre will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
