ENTER THE GAME 🎮

The "GenAI Center of Excellence" team, whose goal is to help and support our technical and business teams in the use of generative AI (GenAI) technologies as well as in the management and implementation of best practices, is expanding.

Within this team, we are looking for a GenAI Solution Architect to complete a pool of Solution Architects whose main mission is to work hand in hand with a GenAI Program Manager.

You will be active from the Discovery phase of transformation projects related to the use of GenAI, in order to understand the need, prototype as early as possible, and thus be a driving force: you will be responsible for designing GenAI solutions using the platform components at your disposal.

This is a strategic role requiring experience in AI, GenAI, Cloud, and Data, as well as strong autonomy coupled with a good ability to adapt to the business and technological context: this should translate into ease in convincing and disseminating knowledge to be considered an essential team player. Your technological expertise will be a central asset of this recognition.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

    • In liaison with the Head of GenAI CoE, prioritize projects to be addressed quarterly in collaboration with the GenAI Program Managers you will work with
    • Prototype GenAI solutions, with a view to deployment in Betclic's cloud architecture, considering the listed priorities
    • Demonstrate, evangelize, and transmit knowledge of the prototypes, in such a way as to work daily with architects and technical leaders and thus become their reference, from prototype to production
    • Anticipate the next cycles of technical evolution of the deployed solutions by proposing areas for improvement or optimization, considering the constant evolution of GenAI technologies
    • Participate in the evolution of Betclic's GenAI architecture foundation and be a driving force
    • Assist and train internal technical teams on the technological components used in the reference framework, whether through demonstrations, presentations, or documentation writing

    TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

      • AWS and Azure as part of our “Cloud First” approach
      • Python, Linux, TypeScript
      • Implementation of proprietary or open-source LLM models (AzureAI, Bedrock, Huggingface, etc.)
      • Use of GenAI technologies (LangGraph, LangSmith)
      • AWS infrastructure (AWS Fargate), Kubernetes, Docker, Notebook, Terraform
      • RDBMS, NoSQL, DWH, Queue messaging technologies
      • Creation and consumption of REST APIs

      WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🔍

      We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

      The research focus is on profiles with strong technological capabilities and the implementation of complex enterprise solutions (external data sources, security, cloud architecture, multiplicity of technologies, etc.) potentially affecting all parts of Betclic's business, with an ease in disseminating knowledge.

      This job is for you if:

        • You are passionate about GenAI
        • You enjoy working in a full Cloud context
        • You have an understanding of GenAI technologies (attention layers of an LLM, diversity of LLM models, RAG experience, SLM versus LLM, inference optimization) and knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals (statistics, NLP, Tensor architecture)
        • You have experience in architecture design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
        • Possession of certifications on Cloud services is a plus
        • You are proficient in a programming language, ideally Python
        • You are familiar with the DevOps approach and know CI/CD and automation tools
        • You have good interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and are capable of convincing and rallying others
        • You speak English


        WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS 📝

        If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).

        Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

        Within 2 weeks, you will be required to complete a technical test.

        Next, you will then meet your future manager, Jérôme, Head of Gen AI Center of Excellence, and members of the team

          Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

          The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
