As CRM Project Manager, you will lead strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, with a focus on enhancing operational excellence and simplifying complex projects. This involves setting clear goals, coordinating resources, managing risks, engaging stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards while ensuring simplicity.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate an agile mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of the data landscape, a passion for business metrics, and prior experience in CRM.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this context, your missions are as follows:
Project Management:
- Lead strategic CRM projects initiate and execute project while ensuring successful completion by defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and engage stakeholders across cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Data) to ensure seamless collaboration, timely delivery, effective resource management, and plan adjustments as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM functionality, processes, and user experience.
Communication:
- Foster open communication within the project team, ensuring all members remain informed, engaged and aligned with the project objectives and timelines.
- Provide concise progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
- Convey complex ideas clearly, ensuring messages are easily understood and impactful, delivering information efficiently to drive faster decision-making and enhance collaboration.
Risk & Performance Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address challenges.
- Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and ensure CRM initiatives meet business needs and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes, driving improvements and optimizations as needed.
Data Insights & Strategy
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and visualization, aligning findings with project goals and KPIs.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and project strategies, driving CRM improvements.

This job is for you if:
- You have 5+ years CRM Experience in a Growth Business Environment.
- Project Management Skills: Experience leading and executing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Multi-tasking Ability: The capability to manage multiple priorities and ensure all projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong skills in coordinating and engaging stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure collaboration and successful project execution.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The aptitude to identify challenges and drive continuous improvements to optimize CRM functionality and processes.
- Agile Mindset: The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot when necessary.
- Understanding of the Data Landscape: Solid knowledge of data collection, reporting, and visualization, and how to leverage data for CRM improvements.
- Risk Management Abilities: The capability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Fluency in English and French
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
- If your application is selected, Elodie will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes).
- You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities.
- You will meet Anne-Tiphaine, Senior CRM Team Leader, your future manager
- You will be given a case study to work on to present to your future manager and Paul, Growth Director.
- You will meet with Salvatore, Senior CRM Ops Team Leader, Renaud the Head of CRM Product and Olivier, Senior Data Analyst Manager.
- Then, you will then have an interview with Paul, Growth Director.
- Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test.
To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks .
