ENTER THE GAME
As an Event Executive, you will organize and coordinate a variety of events for Betclic in France and at the Group level, while collaborating with internal teams in a dynamic, sports-oriented environment
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively contributing to various Group events.
- Planning, managing, and implementing events in France.
- Co-designing and organizing Group seminars with internal stakeholders.
- Advising and overseeing the organization of team-building activities in France.
- Organizing HR events in France.
- Occasionally assisting with tasks related to employer branding, internal communication, and CSR.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This job is for you if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) specializing in event planning and communication.
- You already have 2–3 years of experience in event management (autonomy required).
- You are passionate about sports in all its forms and have some knowledge of tech and gambling (a plus).
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing and creative abilities, a synthetic mindset, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills.
- You enjoy teamwork and value mutual support.
- You have natural energy and enthusiasm.
- You are willing to be available for events (evenings, weekends, etc.).
- You have professional proficiency in English.
- You are based in Bordeaux.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
- If your application is selected, Clémence will get in touch with you for a 30-mn HR prequalification
- Then we’ll ask you to make the AssessFirst test (personality, profile, motivations)
- Then you’ll meet Mathilde, Head of Internal Communication & Events
- After that, you'll meet Julien, Director of Culture
- Last but not least, you’ll have a final HR interview and you’ll debrief your AssessFirst test
