We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Intern to join our growing team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and evolving field of information technology. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced IT professionals on real-world projects, contributing to the success of our organization while expanding their own skills and knowledge.
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your duties are:
- Provide first-level support to end-users,
- troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
- Assist in implementing and managing security protocols to safeguard company data.
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to the documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Intern with a good dose of humour, respect and kindness, a little zeal and a real passion for their profession!
This internship is for you if:
- You are familiar with various operating systems and platforms (windows 10, Mac OS)
- You have basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have problem-solving skills
- You have strong attention to detail
- You are able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
