ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As Chief of Staff Payment & Account, you will report to the Payment & Account Director at BETCLIC. Through your analytical skills, organizational abilities, and project leadership, you will contribute to the company's key projects.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • You support the Director in implementing and ensuring the effective execution of the department’s overall governance.
  • You proactively identify any opportunities that could bring added value to the department.
  • You lead key cross-functional studies and projects within the department and ensure the value delivered.
  • You monitor and report on the department’s performance.
  • You ensure strong and effective relationships with external suppliers.
  • You act as a facilitator, connecting teams working on similar topics.
  • You ensure the efficiency of executive meetings by managing scheduling, agendas, and meeting notes.
  • You create clear and impactful presentations for internal teams (e.g., quarterly updates).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

You are a graduate of a top-tier engineering school, business school (e.g., HEC, ESCP Europe, ESSEC), or a political science institute (IEP).

You have a successful track record in strategic analysis, ideally working closely with executive leadership and/or within a leading consulting firm. You’ve managed complex and diverse projects (business, technical, organizational, financial, legal...).

You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You are data-driven and capable of identifying key strategic insights.

You have a solid understanding of technical topics and challenges.

You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You are highly organized, know how to prioritize effectively, and structure your work efficiently.

You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

And finally, you are fluent in English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Audrey will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Catherine – Payment & Account Director, your future manager, followed by Julien - Excom member. Finally, Audrey will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
