ENTER THE GAME 🎮
As a Product Manager – Payment, you will join the Payment Product team, reporting directly to the Head of Product. You will be at the heart of Betclic’s payment service evolution, driving product excellence across France and international markets.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥
In this role, your main missions will be:
Deploy the product strategy within your scope
Identify projects that enhance the customer experience and optimize payment and withdrawal operations
Define, specify, lead, and validate new features and evolutions with technical teams
Gather and prioritize user needs
Ensure the quality of the product and its documentation
Monitor performance on a daily basis
Stay up to date with tech and competitive trends
Perform functional analysis in case of incidents
Use SQL to query and process data
You will work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Marketing, Compliance) as well as external partners (payment providers, etc.)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This job is for you if:
You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a payments department
You are known for your initiative and collaborative mindset, with a strong data-driven approach
You are proficient in SQL
And finally, you speak English fluently
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝
If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
You will then meet Emilie, Head of Product, your future manager, followed by Catherine, Director of Payment. Finally, Pierre will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
